DO YOU HAVE PARKING?

We have a 220 space carpark which can be accessed from Abraham St and Duke St. In addition there is street parking. We have accessible parking available.

WHAT IS YOUR FAMILY/CHILDREN POLICY?

We love hosting the whole family! Kids are very welcome, with their own menu and a dedicated Kids Zone with lots of fun features to play on. 

ARE YOU SHOWING SPORTING EVENTS?

Absolutely! From home-grown to international sport, we show all the big fixtures across NRL, cricket, UFC, AFL, soccer, NFL and more.

CAN I BE SAT NEAR A TV?

We will always aim to accommodate any guest requests for seating. Please book your preferred seating area and let us know in the notes that you’d like to sit near a TV.

CAN I BRING PETS?

We do not allow pets in the venue.

DO I NEED TO MAKE A BOOKING?

Walk-ins are always welcome, however if you would like to dine, or have particular requirements, please let us know in advance so we can ensure you have the best experience with us.

DO YOU CATER TO FOOD ALLERGIES?

Yes, we can cater for a variety of dietary requirements and food allergies. Please let us know your requirements at the time of booking.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

We welcome attire of all types, however appropriate footwear and clothing is required for entry. Please note that hoodies, helmets and hats must be removed before entering the bottle shop.

ARE YOU AN ACCESSIBLE VENUE?

Our entire car park is accessible and there are four dedicated accessibility spaces.

WHAT DAYS ARE YOU CLOSED?

We are open 7 days a week excluding Christmas Day.

WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED WHEN BOOKING ONLINE?

For regular bookings, we do not charge credit cards in advance. Any event that requires prepayment will state that clearly in the booking journey.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

There is a bus stop at the front of the venue.

CAN I BRING CAKE?

You are welcome to bring your own cakes in, or have a chat with our friendly staff on cakes we can provide for you.

CAN I BOOK FOR A LARGE GROUP?

We can accommodate bookings of up to 30 people; if you’re looking to host more, get in touch and we’ll find the best space for you. Check out our events spaces and dedicated event centre for larger scale gatherings.
