Woodstock Rewards - Frequently Asked Questions

What is Woodstock Rewards?

Woodstock Rewards is the Woodstock Hotel’s exclusive loyalty program. As a member, you can earn points, spend those points for vouchers on your food & beverage purchases, enjoy members' specials, and receive exclusive offers.

How does Woodstock Rewards work?

Every time you scan your Woodstock Rewards barcode when making a purchase, you’ll earn points and access member-only benefits. The more you visit, the more points you get.

Where can I use my Woodstock Rewards membership?

Woodstock Rewards is available at the Woodstock Hotel including The Woodstock Bottleshop. Simply scan your digital pass or members card with each transaction to earn points.

How do I earn Woodstock Rewards points?

You earn points whenever you make eligible purchases at The Woodstock Hotel. For every dollar you spend, you earn a point (10 point = 1 dollar) so the more you spend, the more you earn!

When do my points expire?

Unless stated otherwise, your Woodstock Rewards points expire 365 days from the day they are earned.

How can I check my points balance?

You can:

  • Log in to the Woodstock Rewards page to view your balance by going https://woodstock-hotel.com.au/rewards and clicking the "Already have an account?" link, or
  • Ask our staff in venue to swipe your card and check your points.

Where can I spend my points?

You can redeem your Woodstock Rewards points on food & beverage purchases at the Woodstock Hotel including The Woodstock Bottleshop. For every 100 points you earn, you can redeem $10 on food & beverage.

What if I don’t see my points after a purchase?

Points may take up to 24 hours to appear. If they’re still missing after that, contact our support team with your receipt details so we can help.

Do I need the digital wallet pass to be a member?

No — you can still join without the digital wallet pass. However, the wallet pass gives you the best experience. Ask our staff for help signing up if you don’t have a smartphone.
